Mike began his conferencing career in in 2003 as one of the top Sales Executives for Enunciate Conferencing. There he won numerous sales awards and in 2006 was tasked the responsibility of opening Enunciate's first International office in Sydney, Australia.
In 2007, Mike started Pragmatic with long-time friend and partner, CEO James Baskin. In the early phases of the company, he developed a unique sales process that became the backbone of the Pragmatic sales team. This has helped propel the company to its spot as Canada's largest independent conferencing service provider.
Mike's keen understanding of what makes a successful sales team has played a pivotal role in Pragmatic's success to date. He has lead the sales team's growth to 20+ sales representatives while also promoting every Sales Manager / Director in company history from within.
Mike continuously strives to foster an environment focused on personal growth and opportunity for his team, and the results speak for themselves. Another accomplishment Mike is extremely proud of is the successful expansion of Pragmatic into Australia.
Personally, Mike is a sports enthusiast and he looks forward to watching his home town Leafs hoist the Stanley Cup!
