Since 2010, Wendy has been an integral member of Pragmatic’s Operations and Support team. As the Director of Customer Success, Wendy is thoroughly involved in Pragmatic’s day to day support operations and interacts with, and supports our Customers, Partners, and Internal teams. While being on the “frontlines,” Wendy and her support team are committed to setting the industry standard of excellence for customer support and ensures that Pragmatic continues to be the premier Conferencing provider in the market. Over her tenure, Wendy has grown into an excellent leader to her team and is a valuable asset to the Company and the people in it.
Outside of Pragmatic, Wendy has a passion for shopping and food and is an avid traveler and has been to over 30 Cities and over 20 Countries.
